12/24 Bank Statement Loans
for Self Employed

Getting a loan approved when you’re self-employed can be challenging, especially if you don’t fall under the traditional requirements of a loan. Therefore, we offer a 12/24 bank statement loan that can help you secure a home purchase or refinance loan even if you’re self-employed.
In these loans, we use your bank statement for the past 12 or 24 months, instead of your tax returns and W2s, to verify your income.

iTINMortgage Loans
(without SSN or Green Card)
